Customers who purchase a new set of Pirelli P ZERO™, CINTURATO™ or WEATHERACTIVETM tires (*) as described below and complete the mail-in or online rebate form, will be eligible to receive a $80 Pirelli Mastercard® Prepaid Card (the “Card”). Offer valid on Qualifying Tires purchased from participating dealers between March 10th, 2023 and April 2nd, 2023. Offer valid only for legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 18 years or older and are individual consumers. Not redeemable for cash. Rebates will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Requests must be postmarked (if mailed) or submitted online by May 2nd, 2023 11:59 EST. Not valid with other offers. The Card will be a digital prepaid card issued to customer’s provided email address within 4 weeks unless the customer requests a physical card to be mailed at the time of rebate submission. You must claim your digital Card within 3 months from the date activation instructions are sent to you via email. If you do not claim your digital Card within that time frame, a virtual prepaid card will be generated for you, which will be accessible through the original payment email link. Offer void where taxed, restricted or prohibited. If you opt to receive a physical Card, such Card will not be sent to PO boxes except in North Dakota. Allow eight to ten weeks after online submission or mailing for delivery of a physical Card if so requested. Limit one offer per online submission or mailed envelope and two offers per name/household/address. Pirelli reserves the right to confirm identification and request additional proof of purchase (in which case order confirmation or placed order emails will not be accepted) to substantiate claim. Fraudulent submissions could result in federal prosecution under US Mail fraud statutes (18 USC Sections 1341 and 1342). This promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Please retain copies of the materials you submit. All requests become the property of Pirelli and will not be returned. Pirelli is not responsible for any late, lost, illegible, postage due or misdirected mail, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, or other connections including those through and/or by any website, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cable or wireless transmissions, lines or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; wireless service congestion; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems, wireless towers or cellular tower equipment; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing or communication; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked or delayed email notifications. Noncomplying rebate submissions will not be honored, acknowledged or returned. Pirelli reserves the right to cease making the claim form available online or to cease allowing online submission of the Rebate Form due to electronic, programming or technological problems/malfunctions/failures of any kind.

Please note that prepaid cards are subject to expiration, so pay close attention to the expiration date of the card.

The Card is given to you as a reward or gift and no consideration, value, or money has been paid by you for the Card.
