Aside from providing a wide range of products, Online Wheels Direct wants to give the best online shopping experience to our valued customers. We understand that buying automotive needs online could be challenging due to some factors: design, fitment, and shipping. You might purchase a wrong tire size or want to change the model. We want to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, thus, we also provide terms and conditions that may work best for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Online Wheels Direct accepts a return for a refund or exchange on items as long as it is in new or unused condition. Request for return and exchange must be done within 7 days of delivery. The return period is extended to 60 days if the order is placed during the holiday season (November 15 to December 31).
Kindly follow the instructions below to ensure proper credit:
- All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) approved number
- Please call Online Wheels Direct hotline and request for Return Good Authorization number
- Item/s must be in the original packaging and in brand new condition. Straps or seal must not be broken. Any item that has been installed or modified will not be accepted
- Items must be labeled clearly with your return address and Online Wheels Direct destination address
- Packing slip with RGA number must be taped securely on the item
- Customer returns will be subject to 15% cancellation and restocking fee
- Kindly provide photos of the item if you are requesting for return or exchange due to flaws or defects in order to complete your request
- Buyer cannot return items that are marked as "Non-Returnable". Check the product page before placing your order
SHIPPING FEE RATES
Shipping Fee may depend on the location and quantity of your order/s. You may see the shipping fee upon checkout.
We do accept international orders. Kindly contact our hotline in order for us to provide a shipping quote. You will need to provide the following details:
- Vehicle Year/Model
- Full Billing Address
- Full Shipping Address
- Billing Telephone Number
- Contact Details
- The complete list of products you would like to buy
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
As much as we want you to receive your orders in its best conditions, damages or defects are inevitable during shipment. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, kindly contact our hotline in order for us to take appropriate action. We will provide you a replacement as long as you do not use, install, modify, or repair the item. The damaged product must be returned to us within 7 days.
We will schedule pick up for the damaged item if the damage was due to mishandling of shipping courier. We may request for the photos of the damage or fitment issue for us to complete the process. Items must be in the original packaging.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order Cancellation is allowed if items have not been shipped out yet. Any shipped out items are not allowed for cancellation. Items must not be marked as non-cancelable/ non-refundable. You may request order cancellation by calling our hotline or by submitting an online request. Our team will process the requested as soon as possible.
BILLING, REFUNDS & CREDITS
Bills may be settled (Credit Card, Paypal, and Check) after successfully placed an order. Refunds for returned items are provided as soon as it reached our warehouse. Refunds will be sent out through the same payment method used to place the order. Expect an email as a confirmation once the refund has been issued. It may take up to a week to process the refund.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping method may depend on the type of products and shipping destination. Oversized items may differ as it must be shipped via truck freight. We only use reliable and trusted shipping courier to guarantee the safety of the package. Delivery may take 1 business day. While it may take some time for custom made items such as manufactured, painted, embroidered, or assembled.
